Expanding Impact, Strengthening Communities
As the ViaPath Foundation has expanded, so has our ability to drive change—advancing opportunities and strengthening communities through a broad, interconnected network of programs and partners. The Impact Grant is one way we support organizations that help individuals and families break cycles of instability, justice involvement, and economic hardship, enabling them to build safer, more hopeful futures.
The ViaPath Foundation advances opportunities and strengthens communities through four core programs—Bright Futures Fund, Champions of Change, 2C Your Impact, and Operation Veteran Reentry. Together, these initiatives support at-risk youth, expand access to education and workforce readiness, and promote successful reentry for justice-impacted individuals and veterans.
Expanding Impact, Strengthening Communities
Investing in services that stabilize and support families and caregivers of incarcerated and justice-impacted individuals, recognizing that strong support systems are essential to long-term success.
Expanding access to education, training, and career pathways that open doors to economic mobility, personal growth, and community stability.
Supporting nonprofits that advocate for system-impacted people and build partnerships across sectors to create safer, more inclusive, and more resilient communities.
The ViaPath Foundation Impact Grant equips nonprofits with funding, tools, and collaborative opportunities that amplify their impact across our four core program areas. By backing educational opportunities, workforce development, family and community stabilization, veteran reintegration, and reentry support, we help reduce recidivism, increase economic opportunity, and create environments where people of all backgrounds can thrive.
For ViaPath Foundation, real hope means expanding opportunities and walking alongside justice-impacted individuals, veterans, and their families at every stage of their journey.
