Stopping the generational cycle and driving down recidivism means rethinking how we approach reintegration

Supporting and strengthening the families of the incarcerated promotes successful reintegration by cultivating strong support networks. We exist to provide non-profits with the resources, positive experiences and community engagement they need to continue helping at-risk youth realize their full potential.

Real hope is helping others pursue excellence

From educational opportunities to job skills to families, we’re working to support incarcerated individuals and their loved ones from every side. Learn more about what we’re doing.

Testimonials

ViaPath Foundation supports…our ability to continue to grow our family fellowship scholarship program which is the largest in the country dedicated solely for kids navigating the foster care system. We have a network of agencies across the country, so our impact changes the lives of over 150,000 kids every single year…

I’m excited that ViaPath Foundation gives us so many opportunities … will you be a part of it? Will you do what it takes? Will you be motivated to go out and help the next generation, so they won’t let their purpose go to the graveyard?

Former NFL player, recipient of two Presidential Lifetime Achievement Awards

We’re super grateful for the Viapath Partnership. The work that’s going to be directed at kids that have experienced incarceration in some way is going to be super impactful across the country. Already ViaPath has affected thousands of children through Angel Tree and through our First Chance Network – deepening the work that we’re doing with kids, specifically kids that have at least one parent in prison.

Hope for Prisoners has been in the reentry space for over a decade. We define success by giving our clients not only the opportunity to not reoffend and go back to prison but to give them a better quality of life. I’m excited when it comes to the partnerships that we’ve built within the community…these partnerships allow us to provide services to our clients and ensure that they are successful and when we come together and collaborate, that’s where we see the changes in this reentry space.

The most exciting part about our relationship, our partnership with ViaPath Foundation is that they’re looking to do the same, right? We’re looking to take a system that’s consistently or has been consistently returning people back into incarceration and stopping them, disrupting that circle, that cycle and making sure that someone’s not going back, or they don’t go there at all.
